Let me tell you about this sweet lady.
She taught me how to be a good friend.
She will do anything for her friends and she has the best group of lifelong friends. Even though I don’t live near her, I always know that she has the best company because of her caring community.
She taught me the value of generosity, compassion, & service. I always saw her as competent and smart. She can be tough as nails and as soft as silk.
To know her is to love her.

The cultural soup we are living in is TOXIC🤦🏼‍♀️

I prefer to focus on what’s right but I’m gonna take this moment to shed light on what’s wrong.🤷🏼‍♀️

The Cancel Culture Needs to be Canceled Yesterday. 💁🏼‍♀️

Being easily triggered by differences and perceived offenses originates from one’s trauma.

How do I know this?

Because it was me and through the process of clearing my trauma, I was no longer easily triggered. I had divinely inspired ability to stay in my own lane or stay on my own yoga mat or as my mom used to say, “live and let live” whichever phrase fits.

Essentially, my rough edges were smoothed and polished. We soften, chillax, and have the ability to allow the divine love and light that is in each one of us to SHINE forth with ease. We become unstoppable.

When we respond from our past trauma, we are edgy, easily angered, quick to accuse, and unwilling to forgive. The constriction limits our potential.

Culturally, we are stuck and need to interrupt the pattern of cancel culture. 🤸🏼💚💖🫶🏼

🪷Acceptance
🪷Unconditional Love
🪷Forgiveness

Do you feel me? ✌🏼

When you are triggered, your body constricts your breath changes, your heart rate increases, and your brain mandates a cascade of depleting chemicals throughout your body for your survival. If you don’t shake it off, like other mammals, or metabolize and let it go, these chemicals will cause inflammation, spikes in glucose, disrupt digestion, and immunity will be compromised. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️

Your health, our health demands we take action and turn this tide of cancel culture.

There’s a reason our young people feel anxious. One misstep and you’re outed.
