Welcome to “The Sweet Life!”

The quest of “The Sweet Life” is to provide a “cyber space” for women, which provides coaching tips and tools in pursuit of a life that is simply delicious. You’ll find stories and wisdom to feed your soul and funky finds and recommendations in pursuit of inner and outer beauty.

Lets face it, have you met a woman who doesn’t save room for dessert or one who isn’t interested in personal growth?  How about a woman who doesn’t want to feel beautiful and experience the elegance and splendor of life?  Women I’ve met from around the world seem to have an eager ambition for all the above!

Most likely we have different definitions of what constitutes “The Sweet Life” which is what I love about being a woman.  We are as varied as the flowers in a garden, the patterns in a mosaic, or the colors of a palette.  No two of our journeys have mirror images yet we share a common yearning to use our gifts and talents and find significance in life and relationships.

The Sweet Life will inspire by connecting you to the cool things women around the world are up to. What are talented women doing in South Africa?  What can we learn from someone living in the mountains of Peru that will encourage us to live The Sweet Life in our corner of the world? Where there is beauty, triumphant stories to share, struggling women needing a helping hand, The Sweet Life will take you there.  Why?  Women are collaborative by nature.  We want to be connected to one another.  The Sweet Life is a Global Sisterhood!

The key to “The Sweet Life” is to discover what tastes delicious and go after it with vim and vigor!

What’s the stale, tasteless ingredient in your life that if you mustered the courage, you’d throw it out with yesterday’s bread? Don’t filter your reply, listen to the first response from the voice within and trust it.   Write it down.  Don’t judge it; let it simmer!  Observe   it with the kindness you would offer a friend.

If you can toss it out easily, great.  If not, “The Sweet Life” begins one bite at a time. One bite at a time means your goal is ridiculously easy. You must be certain of 100% success. Remember, you don’t have to be “America’s Next Top Chef” in pursuit of “The Sweet Life.”

Don’t forget to treat yourself one successful bite at a time.
