Breathe, You are Alive

 

Everyday, healthy breath

Feels like

rest or

play

or the quiet waters along a shoreline.

The

Inhale

&

Exhale

traverse 

Quietly

Slowly

Rhythmically

Fluidly

Deeply

Embodying

the passageways of the throat,

chest,

back body

and lungs;

Arriving to the deep cavity that is the storage house of emotions,

the gut.

Breath

A smorgasboard of possibilities

Determining engagement with emotions. 

Breath

oxygenates emotions

accomodating

 existence

or release.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Breath uproots

stale

stagnate

 emotional baggage.

We complicate

with judgements

and words.

Breath facilitates. 

Breath

circulates

positively charged  experiences

throughout the body

radiating beyond.

Ally

Stress buster

Manifestation of spirit

Proof of life

Breathe

You are alive.

that sews

our individual parts into

one.
